Crew4Energy can provide training & development, ensuring that candidates are well trained to meet all international standards, ISM, ISP, STCW, HCAPP, OPITO, and meet the specific company standards requirements. Crew4Energy can assists with the development of companywide training programs. These training programs can be individual, rank or vessel type specific. Our online appraisal system will support a steady growth in competences, help to train the professional to achieve higher positions and create a higher retention rate.
To develop the skills and the competences of our professionals, Crew4Energy offers a variety of courses and training facilities to keep our professionals at the highest level possible. We organize tailor made courses for our professionals on several areas, such as safety induction course. We offer candidates without Offshore experience the possibility to following the Universal Basic Survival course and train themselves in an Offshore environment. Our Local Content program is specially developed to attracted young technical professionals into our industry, to train them in an international environment to a level where they can contribute to the local society.
Crew4Energy uses its own established network with our international clients, international technical universities and technical schools to promote and implement our Local Content Program, with the aim of filling the needs of the Local Energy Industry for specific professional skills.
This local Content commitment manifest itself through series of collaborations with clients and universities / schools, which foster the integration of studies and courses with young local technical graduates who have affinity with the Energy Industry.
The aim of the Local Content Program is to design an environment that “produce value” over the long term, or more specifically, initiatives that anticipate future needs by training and educating young technical graduates to be eventually capable of working in a complex world such as the Energy Industry.
